This document serves to guide the refurbishment standards Virginia STAR has determined are necessary to run the basic suite of software installed on donated hardware. The following standards are assessed to be capable of running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, Microsoft Office 2010 Home & Business, Google Chrome, and Avast!.
